WHEN DOES MY FORM OF PAYMENT GET CHARGED ?
You will be charged upon order placement. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of your order is placed and any canceled items / canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT ?
JOHN PAUL ATAKER typically asks for 7-10 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out.
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be submitted for processing the following business day.
If you need your order to be made and shipped as soon as possible or you have a very close event date, you need to let us know so we can accommodate your event date and ship your order accordingly.
Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume.
